We are different to many woodburner suppliers in that we are not looking to just sell you a woodburner and then leave everything else to others. We like to take total ownership of the installation. We will take you through the entire process of purchasing a woodburner from start to finish. At WFS we believe in total customer service and will take care of you every step of the way. Initially we recommend a site survey to discuss your requirements and installation. We will also go through the various install and hardware options and find you a woodburner solution unique to you. We have a showroom available with a wide selection of woodburner's in stock for you to browse and select from. Once the woodburner and other hardware is delivered our fully qualified Hetas engineers will ensure everything is installed to the latest standards and provide all the appropriate testing and certification. Safety and quality of workmanship is paramount in everything that we do. Once fully installed we are happy to look after your annual service requirement to ensure your woodburner operates at peak performance.
